Deloitte HR Operations (TS/SCI required) - Springfield, VA in Rosslyn, Virginia

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Execute the applicant process - this includes, but is not limited to, serving as applicant advisor, processing conditional offers of employment (COEs), processing all pre-employment and EOD paperwork, and executing workflows within the HR Information System. Additionally, responsibilities include implementing processes designed to improve the overall applicant experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to maintain the required security clearance for this role active TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • 2 + years of HR Ops experience
