About this Role: We're looking for someone who is passionate about Technology to lead our Information Technology Team. As the Information Technology Lead you'll play an active role in driving the culture of technology for the business by bridging the technology with day to day life. We're not only looking only looking for someone who can drive the technical aspects (although this is important), we're looking for the candidate who frequently ask themselves: How can we use technology to drive innovation and create efficiencies for our internal end users and our customers. Some of the key areas of impact in this position are 1) Create and drive technology business plan that aligns with the strategic goals, mission and vision of the organization 2) Lead enterprise wide technology solutions such as our Sage X3 ERP system 3) Create a culture of technology training that supports the safety, security of longevity of the organization. At its core, this position is ideal for an individual with firm roots in technology leadership (about 5 years) who is passionate about collaborating, empowering and leveraging their team to become the best versions of themselves and contribute to AgroLiquid's mission of Prospering the Farmer.

What We're looking for: A competitive candidate that is well suited for this position will possess the following skills, experience and characteristics:

• Must have a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or similar technology discipline
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successful leadership as an I.T. lead, manager or similar position that required leading a small team of technology professionals on a daily basis (non-project).
• Previous experience planning, executing information security practices for an organization
• Extensive project management experience - this includes experience using tools and software to set milestones and track progress, experience facilitating meetings and performing strategic planning
• Data Analysis - previous experience working with all quantities of data and conducting analysis to drive decision making
• Business Acumen - understanding and applying according to the situation
• Effective communication - to network, form relationships and facilitate internal and external discussions
• Experience with ERP (ex: Sage, Oracle) or SAP system, Security systems (beyond MS Office)

• Elevate the current technology program by employing your professional knowledge and expertise to functional teams and business leaders within the organization.
• Develop strategic departmental and team goals that will not only support our current strategic initiatives, but keep us on the cutting edge of new and innovative technologies.
• Lead the I.T. team - this includes engaging in hiring, coaching and development activities for current staff and new staff.
• Monitor changing network, equipment, software technology & deliver technology updates to the Finance Director
• Responsible for creating and administering incident response plans that include preserving assets, back-up procedures, information security, and control structures which will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis.
• Oversee and participate in conducting company-wide Technology Training for all employees
