Philips Commercial Excellence Manager in Shanghai, China

Your Role:

  • Design, review, and quarterly calculation of sales incentive schemes:

  • Support the design of sales incentive plans and governance terms.

  • Collaborate with the HR, Finance and Business leaderships to get the alignment of the sales incentive schemes.

  • Conduct analysis and simulations to assess the effectiveness of compensation plans and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation of quarterly bonuses and commissions.

  • Partner with leadership to gather feedback and address concerns regarding compensation plans.

  • Oversee process and system improvements:

  • Identify and implement efficiencies in the sales compensation process and systems, with the support from global support team.

  • Manage and maintain all sales compensation data and ensure its accuracy and completeness.

  • Provide ongoing support and communication to the sales team:

  • Conduct training sessions on sales compensation plans and their components.

  • Respond to inquiries and disputes from sales and marketing team regarding their sales incentives.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compensation, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in MNC, with relevant experience in human resources management, compensation & benefit management, salesforce excellence, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI), with the ability to consolidate, process, and interpret complex data logics and create and automate reports and dashboards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Project management skills and experience with implementing process improvements.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

  • Basic understanding of financial concepts, such as revenue, profit, margin, and cash flow.

  • Integrity and control mindset, with the ability to adhere to ethical standards, follow internal controls, and safeguard confidential information.
