Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out professional visits and academic activities in the target hospitals assigned and achieve the requirements of the company; develop professional academic relationships with the local customers

  • Acquire professional skills and knowledge actively and achieve the requirements of the company; apply these skills and knowledge to the daily academic promotions effectively

  • Learn about and collect customers’ information of disease treatment and brand use in time; hand in the reports on time and accurately

  • Take an active part in various business meetings and team building of the company; share the professional promotion experience, attainment and marketing information with team members; assist the supervisor to achieve team objectives

  • Type in relevant information in time and accurately as required; assist the supervisor or manager to ensure the effective operation of the system and gain the inspection and evaluation in quantity and quality

  • Assist the supervisor or manager to ensure that academic activities of every brand are closely related to the marketing strategy

  • Carry out the business plan established by the supervisor or manager; establish and improve the business plan of the assigned zone continuously

  • Ensure that all the undertaken activities fully comply with the company's policies and quality standard, the laws and regulations of the Peoples Republic of China and all the relevant codes of conduct


  • Bachelor degree or above; Major in medicine, pharmacy or related is preferred

  • At least 2 years of sales management experience in a foreign funded pharmaceutical enterprise; Having experience in key account management, promotion of medicines for oncology and specialty products or related is preferred.

  • Excellent previous performance; good communication skills and teamwork ability

  • Passion for working as a sales, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and clear idea about career development
