Job Description Summary

This senior product finance analyst role reports to Healthcare China Service Commercial Manager , supporting this $500M-business growth and overall product strategy as a business partner. It is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for by-product financial results within the business, from revenue to margin; working closely with Service product department to support new product offering, pricing strategy, growth initiatives and digital solutions; partnership with Equipment business to achieve franchise annual targets.

Job Description

Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to):

• Partner with Service product department to drive product performance and meet annual targets, i.e. revenue, cost, margin rate, capture rate, price erosion, etc.

• Prepare product-related financial reports/dashboard; attend meetings/reviews and provide insightful analysis;

• Maintain existing product offering in system, support new product offering design, perform calculation of FMV (fair market value), review and approve deal pricing/margin, support growth initiatives and digital solutions;

• Participate in quarterly closing, develop and improve related processes and controls, explore system solutions;

• Act as a channel and ambassador to partner with Equipment business and drive franchise targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with at least 5 years finance experience

• Previous working experience in product finance and Healthcare industry is highly preferred

• Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing

• Strong analytical skills and clear thinking: able to drill down details and clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, able to deliver results

• Open minded and have team-work spirit…able to work under pressure

• Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: OBIEE, BOXI, Hyperion, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, Vlookup and macros)
