Pay: $18 per hour Shift: 1st Shift, 5 am - 5:30 pm, working a 2-2-3 rotating schedule As a Production Technician, you'll play a vital role in the preparation and inspection of intermediate and finished product blends necessary for processing. This includes additives, resin, rubber, and finished products. You'll ensure the accuracy of all measurements and raw material lot numbers while performing pre- and post-blending tasks, drying, and staging OSM materials for movement between locations. Additionally, you'll maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare blends based on priority and following the provided schedule. Communicate effectively with other departments and management to address any issues. Track inventory movements and maintain traceability through control forms. Confirm material integrity and equipment cleanliness. Load and unload trailers as needed to facilitate material movement. Maintain organization and staging of OSM materials for production.
