Our client is a manufacturer looking to hire an experienced Payroll Specialist. This teammate will work on a small team to support the Payroll and Benefit Administration of 400+ employees. This position is 100% onsite.

• TYPE: Direct Hire

• LOCATION: 100% onsite in Sunnyvale, CA

• HOURS: Full Time, Monday - Friday

• PAY: $30.00+ Depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Payroll Management: employee updates, create payroll batch, reconcile payroll, validate reports, manage approval process and run off-cycle checks. (400 employees)

• Benefits administration: partner with the broker and relevant vendors to administer benefit programs, benefits orientations, enrollment support, invoice reconciliation, deduction verifications, account administration and troubleshoot discrepancies.

• Assist with the year-end process.

• Ensure strict confidentiality of employment records and employee information.

• Perform other duties, reports, and projects as assigned.
