SUMMARY OF ROLE

• All valve assembly requests for shorter then prospectus lead time will go to this team and will be handled by the engineers

• Engineer should be able to find the shortest possible delivery for valve assemblies to comply with customer requested date.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Understand sales/Customer’s technical-, and lead time requirements

• Keep contact with sales offices, factories, suppliers

• Find appropriate solution in order to achieve requested lead time

• Provide alternative solutions as vital

• Respond to sales enquiries within targeted response time

• Technical preparation and detailing of sales orders

• Maintain and improve customer happiness

• Work systematically and expertly in a well detailed manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Engineering degree

• Proficient written and oral English

• Strong communication skills to be used in interaction with customers and not only

• Strong team player & self starter

• Experience in business systems and order processing
