Sales Order Entry Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enters sales orders into ERP system
• Maintains customer forecasts in ERP system
• Processes and scans shipping documents
• Prepares and sends invoices to customers
• Maintains approved vendors list
• Prepares commissions reports
• Performs sales order audits
• Performs other duties as requested
